The Austrian company StreamView GmbH, an official license holder for Nokia brands, is launching the first set-top box, the Nokia Streaming Box 8000, before this Christmas in Europe. You can use this device in your Non-Smart TV and convert it to Android TV like Mi TV Stick.

StreamView is an Austrian company with head office situated in the heart of Europe, Austria. It is one of those companies that has got the license to use its product’s Nokia brand. After the recent agreement with HMD Global, StreamView has become the official licensee of Nokia to launch its Set-Top Boxes, Smart TVs, and DAB+ radios for Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. StreamView is manufacturing state-of-the-art devices with the Nokia brand and bringing the Nokia legacy into catalogs.

It is the latest product from Austrian company StreamView. It has nothing to do with Nokia or HMD Global except that StreamView, being an official licensee, uses the brand name Nokia for its streaming product. The StreamView is launching this streaming box in European countries at a price tag of €100 that is slightly high as the best streaming boxes are available under $100 in the USA. Usually, most of the electronic devices price is high in European regions. But the company didn’t say any words about its launch in other countries than Europe. For European countries, it will be available for sale before this Christmas. The retail package will have a set-top box, a remote control, a power adaptor, and an HDMI cable.
