Fitbit Sense 2
Sense 2 is the latest top model and features a new sensor that measures the continuous activity of electrodermal stimulation (EDA). The sensor can detect your stress levels by providing metrics such as the heart rate of your body, your heart rate variation, and the temperature of your skin, all indicators of stress. The Sense 2’s sensors will alert you to the changes within your body, helping you pinpoint the triggers and adjust your lifestyle accordingly.
